Where are your stamps manufactured? What are they made of?
We are proud to say that our stamps are made in the India! They are made from the best quality photopolymer available. A lot of testing and research went into producing the best product possible.
How should I clean my stamps?
There are 3 ways we recommend to alternate between to keep your stamps clean
1. Use a good cleaner, like Ultra Clean, and a stamp scrubber (especially if you’ve let them sit for a while and the ink is dry)
2. Wipe with baby wipes (great to do right when you finish up stamping)
3. A little mild soap and water
When will out of stock items restock in your store?
We make every effort to keep our items available to our customers. In the event an item is out of stock it will typically return in 2-3 weeks and sometimes even sooner. You can send us an email to place a backorder and and we will inform you over an email by when you should expect the parcel. Hang in there! We promise it’s worth the wait!
How can I add another item or items to my existing order?
If you by chance forgot to add something to your cart at checkout and would like to add it to your order please contact us! We’ll have you place a second order which we will combine with the first. In most cases, we’ll be able to provide you with a free shipping code so that you’re not charged additional shipping at checkout.
I’m trying to checkout and your website says my email address is already in use. This is my only email address. What should I do?
Not to worry! The website thinks you’re trying to check out as a guest and recognizes your email address from a previous order. Just go back to our home page and log into your Customer Account by using the link at the very top right of the page. This should resolve your issues. If by chance you don’t remember your password there is a forgot password link to assist you.

Can you hold my order until another item is restocked?
YES! We generally will hold your order till the item is restocked if not notified otherwise. Please request that we do not hold your order by adding a request in the Comments section at checkout.

Do you accept payment in multiple currencies?
YES! We accept payments in multiple currencies. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are an international customer after placing an order we would be more than willing to convert the price in your respective currency and tell you the exact shipping details.
What is your return policy?
While we are certain you will be satisfied, if you wish to return a product it must be within 30 days of the initial purchase in the original, unopened packaging. Please contact us at email@example.com before returning. You will be refunded the purchase price less the cost of shipping and handling.
If you should received damaged product please email us and we will replace your item at no cost. (You will be required to return the defective product).
